Are your Limos the new rounder shape?

Yes, all our limos are the new Millenium shape.

Can we smoke in the limousines?

No, but we can stop for cigarette breaks on long journeys. While our main objective is to ensure your time spent with Lucy's Limos is most enjoyable, we also need to ensure that our next clients time spent with us is not compromised.

Can we stop for food when coming back from the night club?

No, sorry, hot food is not permited in our limos. We may have a wedding the following day and we do not want stale food smells ruining the bride and grooms big day!

How many cars do you have?

We have an extensive fleet of limousines and SVs.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Yes, but please let us know when booking. Red wine and any other drinks that could cause damage to the interiors of our limousines are prohibited.

Are we able to call the chauffeur if we want to return early?

Yes, all our chauffeurs carry mobile phones. We can't always accommodate changes on busy days as the limo maybe with another client but we will do our best.

Can we bring our own CDs/DVDs?

Yes, of course. Or we can provide our own selection if you wish.

What happens if our limousine breaks down?

Our limos are maintained to the highest standards, however if things do go wrong we will do all we can to find you a replacement limousine. If we can't find a replacement, we will give you a full refund, and we will also arrange for taxi cabs to take you to and from your destination at no extra cost to yourselves.
